Not sure if this has been asked, as it seems a pretty obvious question, but nonetheless.
I am an aussie gamer witha 360, and i was wondering if the old trick of starting a new live account with details of a foreign owner would be enough to qualify you for microsofts purposes as living in the united states????
Could i just start an american account and download the content that they get? not that this seems to be worth it at the moment, but soon it might very well be!

well I noticed that when you create a US account like I did, even though Im in the UK it asks for the correct Zip Code for the place where u are meant to live in america. I used the internet to find an Alabama zip code. When you add MS points, do it by a points card and not credit card as the credit card will fail because the credit card address wont match the address you created on your US account - but buying one of those cards and redeeming them on marketplace works fine

I was curious and tested out the service. I downloaded Poseiden and Clash of the Titans. Both movies looked great in HD. I also have the HD DVD player. The downloads looked as good as movies I've seen on HD DVD.

I have Netflix and probably won't use the download service much. I just wanted to give it a test. I looked last night and noticed they haven't added a single movie since it launched. Makes me wonder how many titles they plan to add.
