Avatar links...my.livecard.net won't work :(

I wanted to use my gamercard as my avatar, but your forum wont take the link because its http://MY. <--- instead of http://www.

Actually I'm pretty sure it works (since my own avatar is hosted on a non-www server :+ ) but then again it won't work because the forum will try to get an 80x80 snapshot... rather taking away the point of a gamertag avatar :P

So, take the easy way out like the rest of us, and enter your gamertag in the control panel (http://forum.xboxic.com/usercp.php). It's how the rest of us gets those l33t signatures :P

I guess it's official and I'm an idiot then... it tells me invalid url when I put in the url for the image in the avatar... and I can't find the place to put my gamertag in :) :S

Hey, you're new, we'll let you off ;)

Don't bother using it as an Avatar. Instead, head into the User CP, then hit "Edit Profile". Scroll down a bit and you will see a box where you can enter your Gamertag. Do that, hit save and voila: you look as cool as everyone else :)

yeah pointless effort having it as an avatar if u ask me when it can be shown in the forums underneath your signature.
