I'm talking the old skool games like Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam n Max Hit The Road, etc etc.
I'd love to be able to play them again, and I'm sure the 360 could juuuuuust about handle the graphical requirements ;)
I suppose the only negative aspect is no online play, but then, why does EVERYTHING have to be multiplayer? I miss the days of really good single-player games that didn't NEED to have support for 4 friends and a dog.

Can't say I'm jumping for joy at the idea :P
The reason they're called 'point-n-click' adventures is that they require you to point at stuff and then click, which is just about the ultimate thing a controller was not made to do.
I simply installed eScummVM on my mobile phone and played Monkey Island and Indy on there. Works a charm, and a stylus is surprisingly good at pointing and clicking ;)

Admittedly, they'd probably be more suited to the Wii, but seeing as I can't damn well get my hands on one! *mutters*

I'm jumping for joy at the idea \o/ I'd buy them all and play them until my controller wears out.

I love old skool adventure games. The best of the best has to be Day of the Tentacle. The problem is that once you know the solution, replay value is nill, so I cannot see myself purchasing them again...but if they came out with new ones :)
ps/ (notice how cool I am spelling school as skool)

You'd be surprised Thryon at how much fun I had with the Monkey Island series and Fate of Atlantis, despite having finished them long ago already :)

Broken Sword I and II would be good... I had both of them for the PC YEARS ago... Finished the first one... never did get to finish the second one.
The Curse of Monkey Island... Guybrush Threepwood... also would be great.

I would not be suprised at all. I have a ScummVM on my pocket PC. I am currently playing LOOM this time.
Another game I have played over and over again was Shadowgate, The Uninvited and Deja Vue I and II. Those are classics.
