Halo 3 Regional Match Making Petition

Hello,

Like most people that have played Halo 2 Match Making, have experienced alot of laggy games.

So I decided to put a petition up to get regional Match Making in Halo 3.

Bungie might listen, who knows but I think the petition needs alot more signatures.

A better idea would be to make some sort of pingmeter because even people in the same area can lag like shit.
