Stayed home all day to receive my console and now they come up with this shit! they must have wrongly deleivered it to my ex-work were it was picked up and were i fired myself last week. Shitty UPS!

Anyways, how about this:

I send my 360 in for repair 5 weeks ago... After many, many calls i finally recieved a new 360, but WITHOUT harddisk and poweradapter!!!!!!! 8)7
First they blamed me: "You didn't send them to us" "You can buy them from us, new for 180 euro". I was like WTF? :-(

Anyway, somehow there was no communication between the repair center and the call center, they clamed it was a language problem... :X Finally I spoke to the boss from the boss who told me he was going to send new parts at once! Right. So I waited, and waited, and after 5 days (I can send packages to the moon faster) it arrived, so I jumped in the air, opened the box and THEY FORGOT THE HARDDISK.

So now I called this high boss again, and I was mad at him, really mad... He gave me his boss (this is the highest boss from the call center), I said to him he should send me the HD right away, that this really was the limit. And not a '5 day sending' no, these things normally take less than 24 hours.

Well that was today, I'll update you when the saga continues... ;)

yeah i knew your story, sucks even more indeed, but i'm not happy with the fact that my xbox 360 is propably going to land in the hands of the sun of my ex-boss. I even drove by my ex work tonight to secretly check the mail for a note from the UPS but there was none there! I beleive the mailman got tired and wanted to go home and just reported that i wasn't at home... argh, now i have to get up early tomorrow to call UPS and lets hope they can still change te adress...

I was going to trade in the following games:

Condemned: Criminal Origins
Perfect Dark: Zero
NBA 2k6
Project Gotham Racing 3

I took the games to school, because there is a Game Stop right down the street. I bought a 'Heavy Duty' lock just days before. I store the games in my locker which had a brand new Heavy Duty lock on it, because I didn't want them to fall out of my book bag while I was playing around or running up the steps. Around 7th period, I go to get my World History book... just when I open my locker I notice my games are gone. I freaked out. I asked my friend who I share a lock with, if he had them... he didn't have it. I was so pissed I am out almost $400.00 worth of games.

God damnit:-( .

So being new, I thought it would fun to poor gas in this thread. This was my experience with the MS tech suppport. *start flashback*

Got a 360... loved on my 360... rocked it's world... broke my 360... I mourned my 360...

So I call the glorious Microsoft 360 support. Rep was a complete moron... I was worried... seriously... and he was american...

I get the return box like the rep said i would, didn't toss in HD or power supply like he said i should. Something about the instructions proved her indeed was a moron. So packed it up, started crying thinking this is the last time I will see this piece of art...

Too my shock i got my system back 6 days later... with a letter saying "sorry for the trouble, here is a brand new system" ok so maybe that isn't exactly the wording .... but still a NEW one.

I cough funny and decide that i need to catch up some "work" with the new one... again rocking it's little mind! Hours of touching the smooth knobs, and jamming those buttons over and over... TECHNOPHILE FTW! In my near coma state the next morning, i hear a know at the door, thinking it's the police from last night's wrongness. IT'S UPS... DROPPING OFF ANOTHER 360!

So that was 2 months ago... it's stayed in the box. I need another power supply. But I tested it out, it works. I confirmed the SN was different than the broken first one, it's a new system... So I confirmed one thing... the service rep was so a moron...

My beloved Call of Duty 2 disc can't boot any more since there is a big crack in the middle of my disc caused by my 360!!!! Now lets hope Contact Data (importer Activision benelux) is going to give me a new copy cause i realy love this game online...

Good news is: they will :) They acknowledged the problem with a number of batches that could cause the disc to crack, and afaik send out replacement discs for free or for shipping costs.
