Good sites for downloading anime.

Im looking for(bleach) sites that have high download speeds(200kb+), on direct download. please help as Ive been trying for ages and still cant find one.PS please list any other animes you deem worthy of a download.

Blablabla sub Naruto and Bleach, i dont think they have all the episodes of bleach as it didnt get picked up by a sponser untill some episoes in but they have it on there
