2 hours downtime; gamercard sigs disabled

Somehow our Apache gave up on the server. After 2 hours of fruitless attempts we upgraded Apache to a different branch, restoring functionality.

In an unrelated issue Microsoft is having some routing problems in its live.xbox.com router network, thus causing hopeless delays in our gamercard signatures. These are now disabled for the time being.

Our apologies for locking you out of Xboxic for this long ;)

For the record there's still some problems with the server retrieving data from other servers, regretfully this means gamercard sigs will remain offline a bit still :(

Just had another 3 hours of downtime resulting from trying to fix that server issue :X

Okay it caused some downtime but the problem is fixed, forum gamercard sigs are re-enabled! \o/

And gamercards disabled again since live.xbox.com is now down for maintenance 8)7
