I have been recenty introduced to the PSP and loving the Worms2 on the go, just wondering if you experienced Sony Fan Boys have any PSP titles on a must have list...?

So far Daxter, Puzzle Quest and Ratchet & Clank are on my list to buy used...

It just seems strange there was such a hype about PSP games and there is nothing out there that is really worth playing, the GTA series left me with that crappy taste in your mouth you get after a long night of gaming and a couple minutes of sleep b4 work.

Any other games?

The Sony Portable PlayStation can now play PSOne games on the move after the surprise feature was included in the latest firmware update.

The option allows PSP users to stream games from a PSOne disc played on a PS3 via the Remote Play function, as long as both machines have access to a wi-fi internet connection.

In addition, PSP users can now play PSOne games purchased on the PlayStation Store.

Gamers trying out PSOne games on Sony's handheld, however, will need to alter the in-game controls as the PSP lacks the four shoulder buttons featured on the original PlayStation controller.

usless feature IMO.
You have to be on the same wi-fi network for it to work, right?
Translated, that means you're in the same house. If the PS3 is spinning the PS1 disc, or reading it from the HDD the fact is that you could be playing it on a tv set, instead of streaming to the PSP. Whats the point? Why not play on the tv with a larger viewing surface and proper controls?

Of course, I suppose it does make some degree of sense.
There's no good PS3 games to play right now, so Sony might as well let you play the older games. :D

ON TOPIC:
I've just bought Rainbow 6:Vegas for the PSP for my gf's little bro for Christmas.

I thought you could log into your PS3 from any wifi spot.

If you can log in remotely, then the idea has a little more merit to it.
Can't say I'd make use of it, but I'm sure someone would.

Can anyone confirm remote login from any wi-fi network to your home PS3?

I thought that was the whole point of the feature, that you could log in to your PS3 from anywhere so long as you both had a connection somewhere.

This move is tempting me to buy a PSP as I would like to play Final Fantasy VII, VIII and IX again, but I wonder how it handles swapping discs...

I think you're wrong actually Mass. There's a nice article here (http://arstechnica.com/journals/thumbs.ars/2007/12/19/psp-can-now-remote-play-psx-games-via-ps3) explaining it, which suggests you don't need to share the same Wi-Fi connection.

Gotta have the discs though; I don't have too many of my PS1 discs around anymore.
