They sell black pudding in Quebec, Canada... although the crazy french froggies call it blood pudding.
The also sell Poutine which is godlike... french fries with cheese and gravy. Its just a plate of colestorol.

No food on the planet will make you feel as guilty as poutine. Its a week's worth of caloric intake in one sitting. Pure indulgnece. Fries, gravy and cheese. Does it get any better?

We have something similar to poutine its called a quater(thats the ghetto lingo but i believe the official name is bunny chow). you take a half a loaf of bread(uncut) empty out the middle then put in chips, cheese, viennas and ucha(sp?). couldn find a picture. PS you havn tasted tripe till you have tasted traditional zulu tripe*mouth waters.

Be carefull when coming to Atlantic Canada and ordering a poutine, as you may expect a plate of fries, gravy and cheese curds (sometimes served with chicked, turkey or even ground beef) as seen below....
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/a6/OriginalPoutineLaBanquise.jpg/800px-OriginalPoutineLaBanquise.jpg
....or you may get an Acadien poutine which is nothing more than grated potatoes wiht all the juices squeezed out, made into a ball, with pork in the center, then boiled untill nice and slimey, then stored in it's own juices for eternity and a half. The final products is a slimey moist greyish ball, little bigger than a baseball. French Acadiens actually eat this with brown sugar or even molasses. It is absolutely gross.

russian cuisine is actually very nice, they aint backwards- they move slower so it just seems that way.. thyrons cheese curds n chips are fucking nasty. it looks like lard. i havent got any really bad foods to say but i had the best spring rolls ever made at some indochinese place in montpellier.
http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1083/751491900_176bf3493c_o.jpg (something like these) they were so packed with pork and so crispy mmmmm
please, make yourselves happy- go to your nearest indochina resturant and buy everything. and one of these too - http://www.asiamarche.fr/images_produit/00000295.jpg tsingtao beer baby, damn tasty - and they sell it in every country on earth. so i filled my minifridge with em when i got back.

Have any of you had Rocky Mountain oysters? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Mountain_oysters) They go by a couple other names to. Here they are raw.
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y240/Thousandbars/Thousandbars%20Two/Thousandbars%20Three/Beers%20and%20Stuff/Oysters1.jpg
If they are cooked right they aren't that too bad, but other wise its horrible.
