hey guys, im here to start the most cliche forum thread ever:
what kind of music do you like?

i like gangsta rap and heavy metal. pretty crazy, i know:P
lil jon, disturbed, young jeezy, metallica, slayer, crime mob, fear factory, soulfly, devildriver, dry kill logic, ying yang twins and hair metal - thats right, def leppard and the scorpions.

btw i just picked up godsmack's new cd "IV" on tuesday and i can definitely say its friggin awesome.

I like a large variety of music. From Britney Spears to Hatebreed. There are some exceptions though like R&B and that grunting shit :P My latest cd was 'best of Robbie Williams' or something :P

hatebreed is very good, and that "grunting shit" is death metal or splattercore - and i cant stand it.

I like a bit of all music.
The main bands I listen to are: Limp Bizkit, Beastie Boys(My fave), Cypress HIll, Killswitch Engage, Disturbed, Union Underground, Celldweller and Crystal Method.

All kinds of genres there.

I used to be a guitar purist but nowadays most popular music is fine and I have a wide taste. To name some random examples from my extensive CD collection: Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Metallica, Eminem, The Prodigy, Sugababes, Machine Head, Dr. Dre, Jamie Cullum, Live, Coldplay, Saybia, Evanescence, Gorillaz, Moby. Is that enough variation for you? :P

Coldplay is one of my favorite bands....all the country drinkin songs and well all country except for the sappy stuff. Starting to get into the all american rejects and the frey. Cant really stand all that hardcore rock I like bands who play good music and ones I dont get a headache from listening to.

Big fan of punk and hardcore. Alkaline Trio is my favorite. Also a fan of Northstar, Say Anything, Armour for Sleep, Boys Night Out, and maybe a little Pink Floyd to chill out to.

I'm more of a rock freak.. At the moment I listen to Evenescence, green day, disturbed, alter bridge, Joe Satriani and all that rocks. I play the guitar myself (used to be in a band) so thats where it comes from I think.. But it doesn't stop there :) All other music is also ok for me, as long as its not hardcore and dance stuff (sorry). Not a tiesto fan myself.

Mmm Bayside definitely my fave, with Alkaline Trio a close second, and then Plain White T's, Saves the Day, Panic at the Disco, Kill Hannah, and currently Paramore, but that'll probably fade out.

I like it all (even some of the pop and the grunting). From Aphex Twin to Led Zeppelin. I am pretty fond of 80's Euro- pop and the like. (I spent several years in West Germany during the 80's.)

Mostly listen to heavy metel...Metallica, Megadeath, Korn, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Tool, Nonpoint, Thousandfoot Krutch, Flyleaf, Athority Zero. I also like some rap, Eminem, D12, Dr. Dre, Busta Rhymes. Oh and some country, Garth Brooks, Tobey Keith...pretty much anything that catches my fancy, or my girlfriend makes me listen to.

Rap & Hip Hop: Eminem, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Kyane West.
Rock: Fallout Boy, Greenday, Yellowcard, Blink182, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park
Hardstyle: Dana, Luna, Pavo, Zany.

And some more dutch rap: Opgezwolle, Brainpower.
