Does anyone have any idea where I can get the UK address to write Xbox Live?

I've got a massive f*cking complaint with them, the bastards keep taking money from my account despite me cancelling it with them, and they owe me £70 in bank charges.

p.s I need an address 'cos telephone support is bloody useless. 99% of 'em don't understand english and the c*nt I did get through to just said 'sorry'

You need to contact your bank and tell them to stop transactions from xbox live being authorised and that they are taking money without your say so... also sign in on live and edit payment information. Give the wrong exp dates and payment shouldnt go through next time either.

I checked the Support pages at Xbox.com, and there is no address listed.

crabulous - cheers for the advice guys. I'm getting more and more pissed at Microsoft daily while the PS3 ship gets closer each day
