PS3 and Wi-Fi

There have been rumors that the PS3 will be a Wi-Fi hub for your home. People have been saying that you will be able to even flush your toilet via the net using the PS3's Wi-Fi capability.

Well, that is not really true. For cost reasons the PS3 will have built in Wi-Fi capabilities, but will not serve as a router. You will be able to connect with the PSP wirelessly, and to the net (for online gaming) but that's about it.

As of yet, there is no word if you can upgrade.

Why would you want to flush a toilet via Wi-Fi? surely it would be more effort to walk away from the toilet, go to wi-fi device and select flush toilet than to just flush the toilet when you are there?

Could be useful after 'discharging' a particularly nasty brown log.

i.e. The smell is atrocious and you need to get out of the bathroom ASAP!!! Wipe your ass, hike up your pants and RUN (don't walk) to your PC to initiate the wi-fi flush.

It would be fun when other people are trying to go and you flush it on them to scare them. Then act like you don't know why it did that.
