I'm getting REALLY annoyed now :X
Downloaded the AstroPop demo. Went to play it, I got that error message where it says something along the lines of "your display is set to 50hz, please go to System -> Console Settings -> Display and change to 60hz" - even though I'm on HD, and there's no hz option??
Then the same thing happened to me tonight when I tried to play Top Spin, which I'd just spent three hours downloading :X
What's going on?!

I found this solution, but I'm too knackered to try it tonight
THE PROBLEM:
1. X360 on HDTV, no 50/60hz setting available, and Top Spin gives you an error message.
2. the PAL X360 is set on PAL50 by default.
3. you can't access the PAL setting if you use the component HD-cable.
How to change it? Simple: go back to crappy RGB momentarily, change to PAL60, and you're done.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO step by step:
1. connect your X360 on your HDTV's RGB ("peritel" for the French) port, using either the adapter for HD-cable or the RGB cable if you have it. If you're using the component cable with RGB adapter, don't forget to set the cable's switch on "TV".
2. turn on the console and go to the "System" page of your X360 dashboard: the "PAL 50/60hz" option is now available.
3. set to 60hz and you're all set.
4. switch back to HD-cable. Top Spin 2 will work.
Annoying, but sounds logical

Known issue indeed, and quite stupid that it can go wrong :)
You don't have to switch cables for this. You can just switch the little 'switch' on your cable to normal tv and change the settings in the dashboard. After that just switch it back to HDTV and voila :P Tested it myself and works like a charm.
