Basically i want to give you guys a taste of what my new gaming network is going to be like...So here is a review that is going to be on GamePriority's website at launch.

Dead or Alive 4
A gamer’s perspective.

I have to admit, the beautiful girls of “Dead or Alive 4”, caught my attention as soon as I started to play this game. The structure and textures of this game are simply beautifully put together, and deserve to be recognized be all gamers. I can admit that I spent a large amount of my time on my Xbox360 playing Dead or Alive 4. Despite this games beautiful graphics and addictive gameplay, I started to have troubles battling a boss at the end of certain characters story mode, this difficulty drew me away from the game, considering that the road to the boss was very easy (And I mean easy).

This game has excellent online gameplay and it is not only fun, but the fair share of the online gamers playing this game have much skill and are a trouble to play against. This game puts a stop to the “Button Mashing” era. If you plan on keep on pressing the A, B, or X button, you are out of luck. All the moves for the characters are based on a combination of buttons. This game gives Sony’s prize fighting game Tekken, a run for its money.

The game’s story modes, left me hanging with the story. They never fully explained each player’s involvement with the story mode. The story mode does not have any replay value whatsoever. After the first time I played the story mode I swore to myself I would never play it again. The only value of the story mode is to unlock a certain character.

This game takes full advantage of the Xbox360’s next generation graphics. It is hands down one of the best games I have seen in the new generation. The developers really have out done their selves and put extreme detail into all the men and ladies in this game. The beauty of this game, is just a large reason to purchase this games, this game really pulls out all of the Xbox360’s power.

This game is great steal, although the next generations game prices are a little bit more pricier, you should definitely go pick this game up. You will spend countless hours playing this game. If you have Xbox Live that only brightens the fun you will have this game.

GamePlay – 9/10
Replay Value – 7.5/10
Entertainment – 9.3/10
Graphics – 10/10
Overall – 9.7/10

The first DOA was on the original Playstation and was really different but DOA2/3/DOA:U/DOA4 all fit the description you gave in your review ;)

Can't agree on the final score but I admire your enthousiasm. Enthousiasm goes a long way, just like personality, which is good. :+

Oh about the scores; replay-value is a 9 for imho, you can keep playing this game and improving your skills almost forever and a 9.7 total is a little high if you ask me, especially since it's really not that different from DOA3. I love it though. I would give it an 8.5 or something like that.

What final score would you give the game? All of the top magazines give it a similar score.

Just finished my review for DOA4. I gave it an 8,6 out of 10. :)

I don't understand why you give graphics 10 out of 10 points. Just a couple of days back i connected my old Xbox to my HDTV with a component cable and played Soul Calibur 2 in High Def and i said to myself 'this almost looks as good as DOA4'. Well of course it doensn't look as good, but it sure made me believe the xbox360 is capable of much more, even at this point so i think a 7 or maybe 8 would be better :).

I agree with Rival on this one, eventhough it looks great, DOA3/DOA:U both already looked nearly perfect. DOA4 looks pretty good but its not a big leap forward from the old DOA's.

You're a pretty violent guy ;) first you want to hang someone with a black xbox, then you want to drive over him in a truck. And now you want to blast Nino!?
