I just got it, going to give it a go after i've got a bit further on CoD5 so i'll post up if it's good or not.

He problably managed to get them from someone he knows in a local shop perhaps or reviews copies. When I really want a game sometimes I look for review copies and those are given out pretty early... :P

I am looking forward to playing this after trying the demo but even more to try the arcade original game that comes free with it. :)

1. Both the firmware on my disk drive and in the downloaded games I have has stealth, which masks the modded firmware/makes it look like a retail copy

2. I check on modding communities every day before I sign into Xbox Live, that way if anyone is getting banned I just stay d/ced from XBL and then wait for a new release of iXtreme

I havn't played a great amount, but yeah it's a really fun game actually. I used to love BK on N64, and this one is good, but I don't think it's as good in a way.

Do you know how much time and effort goes into creating a game nowadays? Not to mention money. These developers, designers, programmers etc consider games as their art. In many cases it really is their life's work and one of the only creative vents that they have so that they can make a name for themselves and you think that it's cool to rip that from them??

That's why I would never bother...I couldn't be disconnecting all the time until theres fixes, updates and work-arounds.

But on the other hand, I don't blame people for downloading pirated stuff. I blame manufacturers for making equipment that make it possible. If the opportunity is there people will take it.

Don't get me wrong, some games that i'm wowwed by I may pay for, I'm not just going to download every single game without paying for one.

I would never play pirated copies, it just wouldn't feel right. When i'm working I aim to be able to afford a new game at the weekend so it incentivises me to work harder. Fair play if you can get away with it though.

It does seem quite different Bleach with the new vehicles compared to what was offered in the original. I actualy never played the nintendo 64 games so being able to play the original on arcade will be a handy bonus.

The demo was long though so the real game must have a lot of levels and a ton of items to find around each level.

Yeah, it's a cheap release. Here(Canada) it was $39.99 CAD and if you pre-ordered it, it also inlcuded a 2 week early release code for the original Banjo Kazooie which is going to be 1200 mspoints or $15 CAD. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
