Yeah I got my passport in 2004 but didn't actually go on my first cruise til 2008 !

What I done was book a year before because at time of booking they only want 10% desposit and I had a whole year to pay off the rest whenever suited...but so long as it was 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Thats what I do now... already I have next years booked because a brand new ship called Azura is being launched in April 2010 so due to popularity I have had to book now and pay it off by Feb 2010

got the ole' xbox modded to play burned games over the weekend. Traded in my half dozen retail titles, repurchsed through a guy I know who sells the burned copies (plus a few other games too.....hehehe, just a few) and used the store credit from trade in to pick up Guitar Hero World Tour (guitar and drum kit both work with Rock Band 1 and 2, plus the other guitar hero games).

All in all, I'm happiest that I got back Civilization Revolutions. No doubt, top 5 best games on the 360 across all genres. I love this simple and addictive game. If you haven't tried it, you're doing yourself a disservice, esspecially if you're looking for a casual (yet can be very challenging) turn based game, this is one to get.

1. Yup, they sure do. I picked up approx. 400 (gs) over the weekend.

2. Of course I do. Much to learn you have. I get the games from a reliable source, and they all have to pass something called a "stealth Split Vid" or something......he was explaining it to me as the disc was burning, but I didn't understand/care all that much.....

and I repeat, if you haven't already, go out and rent/buy/steal Civ Rev. An awesome game, mostly overlooked.

It completely replaces my Vista Sidebar with a Google one, which I have minimized... I've put all the Google 'Gadgets' directly onto my desktop.

The Notepad gadget is better than Vista's Gadget, as it allows me to save to a file.
The Gmail gadget is just awesome, I can read / write emails without having Outlook or Firefox launched.
The Youtube gadget is even more awesome... I can view/listen to videos without opening up a browser!
I have a Google search box near my system tray, awesome yet again..
And there's this hilarious comic I love, a buddy at work has a desk calendar of it... "Brevity"... i've found an RSS feed of daily Brevity comics, which I have loaded onto my desktop using Googles Photo viewer Gadget. Woo!

While idle, Google Desktop uses 1 cpu %.
When I play a youtube video it shoots up to around 40%. I can deal with that.

I duno the accuracy of this claim, but a guy at work I was talking with about this said that Vista's sidebar uses a lot of system resources compared to Googles.

Not sure how fond I am of my background color choice right now... I may fiddle with that later.


Also... the buddy at work was telling me about "Imesh"? Sounds awesome. Personal "network drives" for you to use on the internet, and share between all the computers you access. I'm gonna try and look into that a little more tonight...

Yes I managed to see only the beginning part of that bridge, but Lisbon is a really really nice place especially along the coastline bit estoril heading to sintra, and the little place called Bethlehem. The only place I purposely stayed away from was the main town where I know there is people begging with limbs missing and other bits which is a shame but I have a weak stomach for things like that.

All my pics were taken with my mobile phone camera which is a Sony Cybershot 5.0MP built into the phone, but I tend to use my image program fireworks to line images up so that if I take a shot at say an angle I can rotate it to look straight. Images can look better if you brighten/darken them up a little and try to have even lines.

Well I got BioShock on the 6/9/07 completed it on the 10/9/07 and haven't touched it since this week and have been getting all the achievements I can but will probably have to give it a go on Hard and with a guide to find all the tape diary's and hidden weapon upgrade stations, dunno if I can be bothered to do the extra 100(gp) and turn of the revive stations or not :P

I also want to say that those photos are fantastic Jason as I only noticed them after seeing the video! Will have to give it a better look to see all of them. We should have a xboxic cruise sometime around the world while there's time. ;)

Finally went to have a good play session of Bionic Commando and have to say it surprised me. I didn't really know much about it but it was actualy quite fun. The multiplayer is very additctive and so much going on with 8 players jumping around. Would definetly recommend it to people that like action games.

I always find Sundays so peaceful when I am with my dad in Summe break because of that. I always forget that I can't pop down to the supermarket if I need anything too as our house is in a village, so only small shops. :P

It is true about religion as most of the population in my village goes church on sunday. I go a few times too but the priest is really good and used to teach me Religious Education when I was young. :)

Definetly agree with you mate as I still have some sealed games from months ago around like Too Human. The problem with me is that I see a really cheap game and can't resist getting it. You can, you have to move the switch on the cable from hdtv to standard tv, the xbox resets, then go into display settings and change to pal 60. Then, switch back to hdtv it resets again and bingo. What an effort.

I know that one \o/ being a jeans freak as I've seen that fitting over spain and in a few (but not as many) shops here in the UK
Euro Fit means straight cut leg. I have tons of straight cut / euro cut jeans because it don't make my legs look too thin compare to regular fit which always seems to have a leg which goes slighty thinner at the bottom.

I ordered some things for my car yesterday from a reputable, or I thought, company and they have yet to ship the products. I emailed and tried to call them this morning and have yet to recieve a response. I checked my online bank account and the amout spend is currently on its way through the system but Id like to know why wont these ppl respond to my ? about there service? Would it be to late to cancel my order or should I just wait it out?

Its too late to get the money back as once it's been authorised if you used a debit card - the bank has a legal duty to uphold the transaction. If you paid with a credit card then you can call the credit card company and force the transaction back for receiving no goods.

A company on the other hand has no duty to ship items to you before cleared payment...money first, goods sent after. You need to wait for them to receive the money before you can take any further action.

Yeah your right. I wasnt thinkin bout money first. But damnit its been 2 days now!! Im payin 22$ shippin I want it this week!! Ive never delt with this place but others I have delt with were pretty swift in there shipping and proccesing. Patience is not a trait of mine.
