I haven't bought a guitar game since GH2 on the 360 three years ago.
But due to this Beatles thing... I picked up Rock Band 2 for 99.99 (Gamestop) w/ the full set of controllers, and Guitar Hero World Tour game+guitar for 29.99 (Costco!)...
And the Beatles game is aweeeesssommmmme.
I've been a huge Beatles fan for 10+ years now, have 3 Beatles anthology puzzles hanging in my den (sold the other puzzles recently at a yard sale), had all the Yellow Submarine figures during college but those got ruined / broken...
The game is sweet. The anime intro was making me cheese so big... Plus it was great that it got my girlfriend into playing w/ me. (Though that was frustrating... I showed her how it worked, what to do, and she insisted the guitar was not working. it was. she played on no fail - easy mode... i was on Hard, and when I died i told her to tilt the guitar up. she said she couldn't, she'd miss a note if she did. Baby... you can't lose, you're on easy. tilt your guitar. i died.).
Can't wait til the full Abbey Road album is downloadable, as that is undoubtedly their best!

Yeah I heard it was pretty good. Ive wanted the rock band games but just havnt bought one yet. Beatles are a good band, nice music from Lennon solo also. If the prices drop, which I highly doubt they will I may end up gettin it one day. Those damn drums make me look like a retard though! 8)7

Gamestop lowered the price of Rock Band 2 yesterday... they have some package online to get Beatles + Rock Band 2 full set for 159. the 'budget' option.

Thats a big NEGATIVE. Thats the cool thing about our system, everybodys voice matters no matter the diffrence. Dont turn this political, although Beatles and politics are fitting huh.

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one

The world will never be a utopia. As soon as a certain group accepts and realizes this, our country will advance.

It doesn't matter how much you or anyone wants a utopia. You have to accept the fact that not everyone wants to be your friend.

I think your logic is a little flawed here...
Protection from death and disease as a basic right =/= World peace.
It equals common decency.

Common decency would be to feed all the worlds population to, and provide them with enough water to sustain them. Whens the government hand gonna stop picking things to grab hold of, corupt, then turn into a way for them to advance thereselves up the political ranks without helping the people (there supposed to work for us) that voted them in. Protection from hunger and thirst and disease sounds good, but to me thats not our goverments place. We here are a democracy a republic where everyone has a right to make his or her life how they see fit. The only thing guranteed is "the PERSUIT of happiness". If youd like the government to show you the way to the bathroom travel north and south of our borders, or maybe across the ocean to our east. Damn some ppl need to get outta the dream world! 8)7

and some people need to go back to kindergarten to learn how to treat their neighbors.
if in 1776 they hadn't wrote pursuit of happiness into the declaration, and suddenly here in 2009 Barack Obama was attempting to guarantee ALL American's the right to pursue happiness... I could see town hall meetings exploding with greedy republican hillbillies, furious about the poor people without happiness now obtaining the right to pursue the same happiness the republicans have been afforded for years. 'DEY TOOK ARE JOBS!'
What if speed limits were never implemented, and suddenly Obama was trying to impose a limit on the speed at which we could all drive, for the safety of our neighbors and ourselves. How dare he. How dare he tell me what to do in my car that I paid for. How dare common sense be a part of our government control.

Damn dude we need to get this in the BO the DA topic we already have open somewhere here, were far from the Beatles now! When this gets passed and our national debt increases by the trillions and your kids and grandkids owe this federal government thousands before there even born, have to live like eastern europe and canada under federal rule, have to abandon all freedoms we have now, all because one generation of people forgot what milions here have died for, what millions on the other side still stand up for today..freedom..youll have nobody to blame but yourselves, not me, not Bush. Keep drinkin the cool-aid buddy ill continue to be a republican hillbillie. :7 Im done here, cant argue with a dreamer...

They say that you can measure the greatness of any civilization based on how they treat/care for their sick and the elderly.
Public health care works very well for a majority of 'free thinking' nations, and yours would be wise to embrace it. As they say though, you can lead a horse to water blah blah blah.
While its hardly a flawless system in Canada it does the job it sets out to do (albeit, with tremendous budget shortfalls, but really, what else is new?); treats the majority of the citizens with health care and hospital services. We're not talking about elective surgery here, just basic health care. Supplemental insurance still exists, and private practices thrive. Millions of people are sick everyday. There will always be a private health care market, so rest easy that your doctors will still get paid.
re: Beatles Rock Band.
For the first time (for me at least) I'll be using the microphone. This time tomorrow, I'll be searing my larynx tryign to be John Lennon in Twist and Shout.
Then maybe some Revolution, and perhaps even a round of Sgt. Peppers. Maybe some While my Guitar Gently Weeps or even Helter Skelter......
deep sigh, I want to play right now.
I know I will enjoy the show.
