Mad Tracks Guessing Game [Archive]

Hey,

Ok, I've got nout to do and I'm clearly bored, so I said I'd start this topic.

The aim of the game, is to guess what date Mad Tracks will be released on XBLA. If you guess the date correctly, you win a "Well done" from me... That sounds good to me! lol

My guess is Wednesday, September 13th.

Wednesday midnight PST, which would be Wednesday morning 9~10AM in most European countries (CET) :)

Hehe, yep things are out at 00:01 am Major nelson time :)

Yeh, having 90 days off school is sure great (yes, that's right. In Ireland, we get three months of school if you're in secondary school).

Hmm, I suppose we should add to this thread that Curry dropped the word September in his preview. So let's just say my wager of the 20th was right and be done with it (even though I'm thinking it will be the 13th)

Don't forget that I also mentioned "if all's well" ;) The game is nearly finished, but one can never rule out last minute bugs, MS cert teams buggering or whatever corporate policies surround the XBLA Wednesdays etc. Hell for all we know (and I don't know that much more than you guys in this) it might rush cert stage without probs and be out the week after PacMan.

True True, MS is still tight lipped about their upcoming releases beyond pacmand, I'm mostly going by the coming soon titles listed on Xbox.com. If the games listed come first, then the first available date becomes August 30th, but if I'm a betting man then Mid September is still the smart bet :).

August 2: Street Figther 2 HF
August 9: Pac Man
August 16 & 23: Lumines Live, Texas Hold'em (order unknown)

True. If it aint the 13th, then I'd say the 20th, but I'm sticking with the 13th.

If they don't announce Mad Tracks in the next list of four games (which I'm guessing will be released on Tuesday, September 5th), then it'll be October 11th at the eariest. NOOOOO! I can't wait that long, lol.

Yes, they do. And I can't wait for a few of them.

Don't see why they are bringing out Mrs. Pac-Man when Pac-Man is out. There is no difference, except for Mrs. Pac-Man looks different!

Are they going to create Baby Pac-Man to finish off the collection? Then maybe Adolescent Pac-Man?

Looking forward to Mad Tracks, Dig Dug and Sonic from that list (and maybe Paperboy).

Tomorrow morning at 8:30, I'm going to strugle out of bed 4 hours (maybe more) early just to get Pac-Man. Looking forward to it.

It's a good idea... but Pac-Man is Pac-Man, isn't it?

I'll take your idea, though, as you're right. I won't, however, download the Mad Tracks Demo. It'll be the full game I'll download... I'll be up from 6 that morning, lol.

How come your waking up early for pacman? i can play that game for free on the computer lol, i know that games are funner on the 360 but i dont think theyre going to run out of pacman downloads or anything :P
