On my Regular Xbox if I keep getting the message that the Xbox can't recognize my disk does it mean that my DVD Drive is Shoot? I'm getting a new Drive in a couple of days but I just wanna make sure this would fix the issue. And before you ask I have cleaned the lens and all my Xbox games are originals. Oh, and if anyones wondering it's a Hitachi DVD Drive. Als, I don't think it's the Hard Drive because I can still play the music I have saved in there.

Sounds like a DVD issue, but why aren't your playing your 360?

I thought I would play some Xbox games that are not BC and that I missed playing when they first came out.

Maybe you should call Microsoft. I am pretty sure they will be glad to replace your Xbox.
