The d-pad on it looks and feels (from what I can tell by touching it in the shop!) much better than any of the others currently out for the 360.

Anyone got it and care to give some feedback on it?

Yep, and to be honest, I don 't usually like the feel of the mad catz controllers because they seem to think the original isnt good enough so they tweak it and ruin theirs, and it ends up looking bad also.

Having some own innovation and good ideas is better than just blindly copying MS' original imo :)

I did look at the Mad Catz in the shop once, and it actually looked comfortable with the extra rubber grips on the side. I couldn't live with a cord though either :)

Fact is Mad Catz rarely delivers decent stuff. N64 Controllers, N64 Steering Wheel, PS2 Steering Wheel, Xbox dancemat, none of them really lasted.

Why not just buy an offical one, get the tire from a mountain bike, cut it up and glue parts of the rubber onto your controller, hey presto! You now have comfortable rubber grips for your sweaty mitts as well as the original pleasing shape of the offical MS controller.

Everyones a winner!!!

When i first got my xbox i used to prefer the madcatz controller. the smaller the controller the better. you should see my old PS1 controller. it be tiny. the only drawback was my mic was giving off a constant buzz which annoyed everyone. I now cant imagine going back to the Madcatz controller anymore cause the official does it for me. And its wireless!!! yeahee!

I had a madcatz pad that I got free with my second 360, it was seriously crap. It just felt cheap, like everytime you press something it felt like it was going to break.
