When I started my 360 this morning I saw 3 red lights :-( , and now I wonder how many on this site have had 3 red lights.

I'm honestly very curious about the eventual return rates on 360s. I've checked with MS guys multiple times (high up and regulars) and all they'll say is that the quoted and common 3~5% figure is correct. That'd be all acceptable, and I actually believe them as far as Dead on Arrival (dead within 8 days of purchase) is concerned. I've got some serious doubts though as to the number of returns after that initial week, although it does seem the problems only get exposed in 2005-built boxes.
