In another piece of "wow Sony is a bunch of pricks" news... they are officially not putting the $60 + dollar cables in the already $600 dollar system. So if you want to use that feature your already looking at ABOUT $692.25 with NO game and NO controller after Virginia sales tax. So add in the $60 game (that's according to www.gamestop.com). Also lets not forget another controller which would probably be around $50 like the Xbox 360. So now we have roughly $807.25 for an extra controller and a single game.
youch! Great value? I think not. Their new slogan "This is living" actually means it's living off you like a leech as it sucks every dime you have out of you.

The component cables from the Xbox 360 suck horsecock compared to the VGA cable on my tv at least. With VGA everything's crystal clear and sharp. The downscaler in my TV works quite well but sending out the native resolution with the VGA cable works remarkably better.

Ah yeah that must be it ;) No it's a pretty highend Samsung tv, it cost me a small fortune at least. But the difference between component and VGA is very very very noticable. I've got my old Xbox hooked up to the component input now and that's working great.

I thought the vga cable would give less collor or somethin like that?.. ah well, my sony bravia is giving me a brilliant image with component and as long as I don't know how vga looks on my telly I'm happy :)
