With the new update I'm trying to turn all my divx vids to WMV so that I can take advantage of the new streaming ability. Problem is that they always turn out looking like crap (highly pixilated). Any suggestions?

Use the highest bitrate possible to prevent the videos from becoming pixilated.

What program are you using?
Have you tried Windows Media Encoder yet?

i just got a upscalering hdmi dvd player with divx for £40 its a lot better to drop a file on a disk than stick it in my dvd player

for me, this one encoded my divx perfectly and very fast.
