Loved the first and will pick this up for sure. The multiplayer beta is open to all now and played a bit today and was quite impressed, but think this will be all about the single player story for me.

It's great to see this site is slowly coming back to life.

Back to the game, I am officially addicted already upto level 33 on multiplayer, just can't put it down. Easily the most fun i have had online since Q3 days.
Singleplayer is astounding also.

Now just wait for CoDMW2 and those 2 will keep me busy for many many months.

Anyone else been playing the multiplayer alot, i have been looking around the internet trying to find out about the players with rankings like VI or III, as from what i have found out is that to get to level 60 you need to earn 60 million dollars, for those who haven't played, that is a unbelievable sum to earn i am on level 43 and have earn't about 2.46 million and that has took some serious playtime.
I just can't imagine people with these strange roman numerals rankings have achieved that 60mill already as that seems almost impossible in the time the game has been out.

Can anyone enlighten me?!?!?!

As for the Roman Numerals Ranking it works like this, at level 51 you goto to rank I then 52 is II and so on until you get to 60 which is X.

I spoke to one X ranked player who gave me the last 2 cash requirements and said he had played almost 1800 games and killed nearly 30,000 to get to level 60.

Well i am close to level 44 now, can't put this amazing game down at the minute.

I would happily of paid twice what i did for this game its soooooo good, the single player is truly fantastic, and if you like multiplayer i think this is the best multiplayer game i have played since q3, even better than the mighty Gears of War.

A masterpiece.

I don't know why but I seem to have a thing about not buying ps3 games, had one for two years now and have still only got 5 games, 3 of which came with the console.

I did play the multiplayer demo which was excellent and I have no doubt that the single player is amazing seeing as the first was, albeit a little on the short side.

I finally got around to renting this game. Excellent single player game so far, and just as good is the MP online. I'm a big SOCOM 3rd person shooter fan, and this game here seems to do the 3rd person online shooter right! It's great!

Finished it 4 times now and got my platinum medal also on level 52 in multiplayer.

I am addicted to this game now. It's hard to pull myself away from multiplayer so that I can get through the single player. I'm only a level 16 online right now, but I've only had the game since last Friday, and I think I'm on chapter 11 or 12 of the story.

How many chapters are there in single player anyway?

There are 26 if my memory serves me right.

You will soon climb the levels on multiplayer until you hit the forties then the gap becomes bigger for each level, well you can see my list above, once you get to level 51 (or I) you get your first badge of honour. These badges rake in the money, although you can only get $50.000 per game unless it's a double money weekend when they lift that limit.
