I played it over the weekend with a friend as I don't have xbox live gold at the moment. It really fun but we had a bit of a tough time getting into games . I think that I got to level 4 or 6 but we also played some of the Spec Ops missions.

I need to go and finish the campaign as well but so much coursework and night shifts at new job, so will take it slow!

I completed the Veteran campaign while my internet was down. I'd say it's mostly as difficult as the CoD4 campaign, which I finished off as well. It's just that more missions in this game have stealth sections or some other business.

This is my challenge for over christmas, as long as it's not the grenade fest that WAW was I fancy my chances having finished COD4 on Veteran.

It starts to get annoying on No Fighting in the War Room, fortunately it's shorter than it seems. Don't be afraid to use flash grenades, there's plenty of guys standing around waiting for you to appear to shoot your face off.

The servers were F'ed up yesterday. Several times I tried to get into the 3rd Person shooter tactical play list and it kept bring me to private match (1st person view) that always seems to be 8 on 8 on the tiny map called RUST. It's was really messed up. No other play list seem to be effected but everyone in the 3rd person matches kept saying there was a hacker or some type of glitch going on.

That's happened to me a few times. Some of them aren't private matches though, you can get xp in them. One rather mixed-up game had an 18 player free-for-all, all on Rust. Spawn-killing abound.

Ive gotten to were if I dont have ne friends on playing I wont even bother to start this game up. Its sad too cause I thought this was gonna be a game that I could see myself playing until the next cod and possibly beyond. But I can only handle so many glitchers, boosters and those ppl who on headquarters will not for the life of them get out from that stupid ass window and help the team get or cancel the headquarters. I swear every game and every match you have boosters or those simply playing for the killstreaks. I said to my friends within the first 2 days after release that those killstreaks will ruin this game and I see it already. The tactical nuke...come on really!

I'm still loving this game and play every chance I get, but I agree that the Tactical Nuke is a little friggin annoying. People will sit off in a corner during domination and just snipe until they get their 25 kills and boom, game over. It is what it is, so I just try to hunt the F'er down before he makes that number.

The new patch has brought massive new glitches into the game. The private match thing is common and known, there are also 18 player free for all matches, as well as matches that have unlimited ammo and require no reloading. Very strange.

I've just tried to join two different games and they both were filled with a constant grenade launches from every direction. What's the reason for this? It's two different groups of people too. Anyone know anything?

EDIT: I realize it's what you said Rossko UK, but is it happening to EVERY single game? The update came out 2 or 3 days ago, why is this happening now?

I've pretty much given up on this online now. It was getting stupidly difficult to get into a game for whatever reason and then when I did there was just shit blowing up everywhere, and this was before the recent update which seems to have made things worse. Shame as it was damn good.

What I said to Jay in an unlimited ammo/clip match is to just grab a grenade launcher or the Thumper, use Danger Close and go to town.

It wasn't every single game for me two nights ago, but according to reports it's a virus that actually spreads. I don't see how that works. Also this happened as a result of the new patch. Fixes one thing, breaks another...

So last night me and a friend was playing some domination. I was the party leader so I was doing the searching..well I would search for the basic domination match not ground war which has 12 ppl. About 50% of the time we got into those random glitch matches all night. Once we had 24ppl (does this game even get 24ppl online?) in what was supposedly a domination match on the map rust but there was no domination flags and friendly fire was on and there was no score or points limit. I ended up dying 82 times and only had about 50 kills..there was guys on there who got 250-300 kills but I have no idea how they did. We never got into a unlimited ammo match but the glitch ones we did were pretty fun. Do yall know how to get into the glitch matches on a regular basis?

I'm pretty sure there's only meant to be 18 players max. I bet IW will be super pissed about that. If you want to get into the glitch matches, a good way is to look for third person team tactical matches.

Yesterday I played two games that were domination with no limit time or score. The first of the two lasted no less than 2 hours and I was seriously fixing to quit but I stuck it out and eventually someone got a nuke. The second lasted just as long but I never thought about quiting since I was doing good and had some good points goin and it ended with a nuke also. On both games I had 60000+ points total after all the match bonus and game points combined. Are they gonna ban ppl for playing in these matches? And it seems to me to be widespread or atleast I get in one of the glitch matches just about everytime im on. I search for basic domination..hey on the team tactical mode do you stick to the third person view or is it glitched into first?

I don't think IW will ban the masses for taking part in these matches, but I'd advise against actively seeking them out. As for 3rd person, well, it's meant to be in 3rd person. In the lobby it'll say '3rd person whatever match'. If it says 3rd person, it'll be 3rd person.

Can't wait for the care package glitch to get fixed. The game is unplayable at the moment.

It entered MS Certification on the 5th February so should be rolled out soon. BUT there are a few ways to do the glitch & I doubt they've patched them all...

1st is pull out the care package marker, find something to climb and as you are climbing press right on the D-pad quickly. If done right, the marker will still be in your hand.

2nd is pull out care package marker, keep hold the RT button & dont let it go, climb something & press Right on the D-pad once, then let go of RT

3rd is some long winded process about climbing a ladder or on a car, pulling out a claymore then switching it to care package. Not sure of the full process.

4th is equip the One Man Army perk, pull out the care package marker then use One Man Army to switch to the same class. Throw the care package marker.

You do them each time, but 1st is the easiest of all to do. You can practise it in split screen with two controllers to get it right... I HATE this glitch with a passion & everyone should have ColdBlooded Perk in use if they have it.

Yeah I've been doing the first one as it is the only way to compete when the other team do it. I play a lot of Sabotage and sometimes you just can't plant because of it. Didn't know about the other ways though. Might be worth a try.

I can imagine people finding some other exploit once the current ones have been fixed. There's always some people looking to cheat the system. I'm almost at level 2 prestige.
