Hey, just to let everyone know, if you're a member of Bungie.net check your messages becuase you should have the download code to the Halo 3 Beta from Bungie. I'm downloading right now.

blah, shadowrun looks like rubbish. Halo 3 beta looks like a good time. Halo 2 in widescreen with 10% more balanced weapons! I'm still not buying crackdown. See you online in November.

Halo 2 was widescreen, wasn't it? I'm pretty sure I was playing it in widescreen.

It should be on your 360 anyway, the backwards compatibility thingy for Halo 2 added 720p resolution .

Basically, you're an idiot if you like Halo, but you don't want to buy Crackdown. Crackdown is a really great game, and it would be completely worth it to buy it even if it didn't admit you to the Halo 3 Beta. BUT IT DOES, which makes it many times more awesome! I just don't understand why a person would not get Crackdown.

Maybe people don't like Crackdown because they prefer games that actually have a story, rather than "go here, kill this guy" or "Find some orbs". I like the game, but it's rather shallow of you to call someone an idiot because they don't like games of this style.

No, I'm sure it had a widescreen option on the original Xbox too.
