Planned downtime Sunday December 16th
Due to some rack migrations there will be 'some' downtime this Sunday during the morning hours CET. While the expected downtime of the servers is less than 30 minutes, we're also changing IP addresses for all domains, meaning the sites will be unreachable for a short duration as DNS-caching is resolved. In total we ought to be back up globally within 2 hours at the very worst.

After quite some delays: servers moved succesfully and IPs renumbered. If there's still a problem it's on your side

As most of you will have noticed we had some rather severe networking issues after the maintenance... these have now been fixed. Our apologies

This evening a UPS blew up in datacenter, causing some severe networking problems. Took some time but they're fixed now.
On a possibly related note we're still having trouble with the gamercard signatures timing out, so those are disabled for the time being.
