Oblivion: Downloadable content in EU.

Hey ya'll, new here so go easy on me

When I read the news the Wizard's tower got released I was pretty amazed by the screens that came with it. So I decided to buy marketplace points just for this particular update.

Amazingly enough, I've come to find out the content isn't available in Europe !! Seriously, what's up with that? Has anything official been said about this? Because, this is what I consider - retarded.

This weekend Major Nelson answered some questions on regionalization of content as I summarized here. He was very explicit in stating Microsoft is not involved in decisions about regionalization for both retail and downloadable content: they offer the facilities but it's up to the publisher to use it or not. The Netherlands is quite loose in regulation, but it could very well be that a publisher decides to wait with Europe mainland as a whole until he gets full clearance from the rating boards, and Germany and France are notoriously slow and picky.

I don't know any specifics about downloads for Oblivion or any other games, someone would have to call Bethesda for that
