PS3 not ejecting...

Hello all you helpful people in here, my PS3 has decided not to spit out the DVD that was given to it.

Admittedly it seemed like a horrible DVD to begin with, and my PS3 may be doing me a favour by not giving it back, but this is problemtic as I can't play R:FOM online!

(PSN id nadslaing, I'm really only decent at 1 hit shotties )

But anyway, my question is whether or not anyone has had the same problem (unlikely) and if anyone knows the number to call SONY on...

I'm assuming it is still under warranty, which is kinda good that it's stuffed up now and not when it's out of warranty.

Btw, what is the PS3 warranty? A year.

Anyway, thanks for your help in advance. I'll go easy on you if I ever see you at the Bus yard with shotgun in hand. ...but promise me you'll go easy on me if I don't have one.
