You only need to press insert image and place the above link after the http: part.

Where it says UK+JAY put your own gamertag in there remembering anything with a space should be %20, with no spaces.

Also you will not need to post everytime you update your avatar as it's a permanent link to show the avatar everytime you change it.

None of these are loading right now. If you try to go to directly to the link there is a 90% change you'll see "SERVER is TOO BUSY"

Nice avatars guys and the 20% is how the browser interprets a space in a url. Can you guys imagine the scope of how many files the server has had to modify since yesterday for each avatar...no wonder it took a while to update.

Also for some reason I went to change my t shirt and I had a couple more options.
