Gamerscore Leaderboards battle

Has anyone been following the leadership battle on mygamercard.net? st the king has been worldwide leader since the beginning and has just been overtaken by some italian who has played a lot of japanese games...his score is over 38000 now

is anyone interseted in this? wonder how st the king feels after all that effort and time!!! noticed that his ranking (the stars on the gamercard) has now dropped to almost zero so i guess he is venting his anger online?

is it fair for people who live in europe or states to have japanese gamerpoints included in their gamercards??

whats he like? tell me more! does he speak japanese or does he guess whats is happening in the game? does he feel sorry for the "king" cos he cant play japanese games on his xbox?

I haven't spoken to him yet, just scheduled an interview

He speaks Japaense , and the reason ST rep is so low is cause anytime his friends list isnt full the Quake 4 ( and other game leaderboards ) players kill his rep cause he glitched/boosted his way too the top for achievements , basically ruining the leaderboards.

ok thats news, so the king cheated and therefore ruined the leaderboards? can you be more specific? i mean everyone used the DOA4 glitch to raise their grades etc and a lot of people cheated on GRAW achievements by entering a "god" code so you never got killed..... so why is he different?? just curious

DOA4 glitch? GRAW godmode?? Am I missing someting here? Never heard of those things.. please explain so I can get my achievements up

Not sure if you are joking??

there is a godmode code for graw (look it up on most games web sites) and you can get all the single player achievements with it!!! ( normal and hard)As regards to doa4 glitch, it might have been fixed by an update but you could glitch the game online with 2 friends and see your rank go up to SS..... dont know specifics but saw it recently on achieve360points.com , easy points if you want them that way!! depends how desperate you are haha

personally i dont mind if people cheat but it seems a bit silly that game developers (in the case of graw) allow it to happen! Would be better if you could use the graw cheat but not get any achievement points if you used it, but this is another thread subject!

Just to update this thread before i crash out, guess ST filled up his friends list as he now has 5 stars, all this is in 24 hours! seems a bit fishy to me!

I wasn't joking. I can't believe that they made a godmode without disabeling the achievements.. I mean, if you change the settings in DOA for easy winning in one match then the achievements don't count.. I'll bet there's gonna be a patch for that

well they did

very silly i know! Not an expert on DOA4 but am pretty sure that changing settings does not affect achievements? you can still get the "played x hours" achievements and all the survival and time mode achievements etc. However, you wont get the costumes or your scores recorded on the leaderboards.

I could be wrong about that though?
