especially when i have it kranked up....its always good to hear the foot steps behind ya so if anyone konws of a issue let me know ![]() |

Sounds like a weird thing I have once every half year with my amplifier, where it just gives out noise until I switch it off and on again. Made sure it's not in the hardware?

I have no idea.....the sound is there but its like a laggy game except the audio is lagging and chopping. nothing ever changes behind my set up. i will have to pay attention to when it happens. if you were to ask me when it happens now i think its when i get blown up. then like i said it stays that way untill i unplug the fiber cable. I will pay better attention.

Well especially the unplug part points at the hardware: the 360 doesn't do anything more than send a signal to that output port. I don't think it can even detect whether anything is connected. So personally I'd look at the receiver's D/A converter for giving problems.
