I almost had a heartattack when I read that the releasedate in the U asS A is 5 weeks prior to the European release. Why God, Why...

This game is one of the reasons I bought a 360 back in december and I want to play it too on release date.. Not 5 weeks after..
Hope there is a good reasen for the late release, like some extra gore or something like that

Thanks for reminding me to contact Capcom about it being region free. I can't promise anything but I'll be sure to try to get an answer from them.

Speaking of which.. any new news on RE5 somewhere? Can't wait to see how they've implemented the "new dawn of the dead" zombies. Will they be as fast as in the movie? According to the footage I saw they were fast as hell

i like not being able to move while you shoot, it makes the shooting all the more intense. as long as its as good as it was in RE4, i'm happy. i just wish it still had a laser sight instead of a stupid crosshair.

Im not understand this game Dead Rising? All you do is run around a mall and hack at zombies, sounds like it would get boring after a few minutes...

It's a sandbox game, just like GTA.. In GTA the only thing you do is drive arround or walk arround. Dead Rising is like that but in a Mall and with Zombies. The best part is that everything you see is a potential weapon and can be used to slay those bastards in more ways then I can imagine. What else do you want?

For the UK, Dead Rising is slated for 8th Sept. and Saints Row is the 1st.

Dead Rising is slated for September 15th from what I heard. I made a deal with Capcom, they are releasing it on my birthday so I'm sure to get it as a present.

Hmm August 8th would be awesome. I'm going to check out some more sites and list them here. If that doesn't give a clear answer I'll mail Capcom again

But the most reliable source (imo), Capcom Europe says: September 15th. Couldnt stand the crappy Capcom US's flash site for Dead Rising but check it for yourself here.

I checked the US site but got too carried away watching the weapon's clips, and got really tired of the dreary look of the site, I closed it with no hesitation.
