Idiots have been selling B/C discs for ridiculous amounts on eBay I think? Faintly remember seeing some going for over 30 bucks actually. Self-burned CDs with a downloaded ISO....

You can download an .ISO file from the Xbox.com website, burn it onto a CD and then insert it into your Xbox 360 so it installs every BC update. This is for people without access to Xbox Live.
