Heh this news is new to me, but I predicted multiple times that rendering 1080p is not for this generation or will require unreasonable sacrifices in the graphic department

That was a false rumor actually. It was photographed with a 360 in the background, but it wasn't connected. I think the demo itself ran on an uber-PC even.
