When you press the Guide button, then friends tab, when you click an individual friend I Sooooo wish that underneath the "Mute" option was a Block / Unblock feature that allowed me to choose which Friends see me online and which ones don't.
Something similar to MSN I don't want to delete anybody, just some people like to talk more than others and send game invites all over the place whilst im already playing with others on my friends list in other games. So I tend to keep "Appear Offline" at the minute and sneak in with the "Join Session" thing. |

no thats not a big deal. Im not fussed about game invites, I just think we should be able to block and unblock each person individually

That would be a pretty decent thing. If they send an invite they would get a bounced back reply stating that Mr X does not have Game Z. And the recipient would not get an invite.

Try being an Xbox website owner and having all sorts of people on there from other websites who think "message to all" with "we have a new article" is a cool way to promote your site.
I usually sift through my new Live messages with just the X pressed down. I'd like at least a "block all messages from sender X" option ![]() |

Someone on my Friends List kept on sending me Halo 2 invites every 3 - 5 minutes. I'm guessing he sent them to all his/her friends because even when I was offline, I got them. I sent him/her a message to tell them to stop, but they didn't, so I blocked communication. What was the most annoying thing was that I didn't even play Halo. I have it yeah, but it's just on a shelf. |

If you read the message that pops-up when you block someone, it says something about having to message them to unblock them. |

You CAN NOT block communications to your friends.
